Cockburn Central, Perth | Full-time | Immediate Start | Senior Position Total Connections is a WA-based hydraulic hose and fittings company delivering mobile service, fire suppression servicing, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, and vehicle loading crane major and minor services. We are looking for a proactive Office Allrounder to support our day-to-day administration, accounts, mobilisation and office operations. This is a varied role, and the exact structure of the position will be shaped around the successful candidate’s skills, experience and strengths. You may have a stronger background in accounts, administration, mobilisation, compliance, customer service or office coordination — and we will build the role around where you can add the most value. That said, this is an all-round office role, so you will need to be comfortable helping across different areas of the business as required. This is a senior position within the office team. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of their work, manage competing priorities, show initiative, and help keep key administration, accounts and coordination processes running smoothly. Hours of work: 7am to 4pm less 30 minute lunch break (42.5 hours per week). About the Role This is a hands-on, office-based role supporting the business across administration, accounts, coordination, mobilisation and general office operations. This is not an entry-level administration role. We are looking for someone experienced, confident and capable of taking responsibility for key office functions with limited supervision It would suit someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, takes ownership of their work, and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly. The role will involve a mix of structured responsibilities and day-to-day support tasks, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities Depending on your skills and experience, your responsibilities may include: Administration & Office Support Support day-to-day office administration across the business Manage emails, paperwork, filing and general document control Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Respond to customer and supplier enquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist with supplier and customer account setup Provide general support to the wider team wherever needed Help keep office processes organised, accurate and up to date Accounts Support Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Process invoices, statements, payment allocations and reconciliations Assist with supplier and customer account queries Support basic bookkeeping and finance administration tasks Enter and maintain accurate data in NetSuite and other systems Help ensure accounts information is accurate and processed on time Mobilisation, Compliance & Coordination Organise mobilisation requirements for major projects and customers Coordinate inductions, medicals and site access documentation Assist with compliance paperwork and document tracking Coordinate flights, accommodation and travel bookings as required Follow up outstanding documents, approvals and booking requirements Liaise with staff, customers and suppliers to keep work moving General Business Support Assist with coordination between office, workshop, field service and management teams Help improve office processes and administration systems Take on varied tasks as required in a growing business Support the team with practical, hands-on problem solving What We're Looking For Required Proven experience in a senior office support role, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key responsibilities Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, office support, accounts support or a similar role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised Professional, helpful and proactive approach Strong communication skills Ability to work well with different people across the business Willingness to help across a broad range of office tasks Australian citizenship is required for this position Desirable Background in accounting, bookkeeping or finance administration Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP/accounting system Experience supporting mobilisation, compliance or project administration Experience with travel bookings, site access or document control Experience in a trades, mining, construction, industrial services or similar environment What’s On Offer Full-time Monday to Friday role based in Cockburn Central Weekly pay Immediate start available Senior office support role with genuine responsibility and ownership Supportive team environment Varied role with plenty of responsibility Long-term opportunity with a stable and growing business A role that can be structured around your strengths A position where your skills, reliability and initiative will be genuinely valued Location Cockburn Central, Perth ✅ Ready to Apply?
